Kent Accountancy firm help raise money for Prostate Cancer UK by participating in "Movember"
As a result of circumstances close to our hearts, Charter Tax will be participating in the charitable event “Movember”. This annual event involves the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men’s health issues, specifically prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s suicide and to raise money for such causes.
We have 10 members of our team that will be giving the razors a break for November in aid of our charity:
- Mark Howard
- David Page
- Chris Page
- Malcolm Brewer
- Thomas Barker
- Tom Maggs
- Joe Cleary
- Michael O’Brien
- Loic Davis
- Sam Wing

The charity we have chosen to raise money for is Prostate Cancer UK. The prostate is a small gland that is only found in men, and prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. Over 47,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year – that's 129 men every day.
Prostate Cancer UK have invested over £37 million in the last 20 years into ground breaking research. Their mission is to focus on the following areas:
. Better diagnosis
. Better treatment
. Better prevention
. Better support
We would really appreciate your support and any donations you could make to help us raise our target of £2,000 for prostate cancer.
